If you want to increase the semantic potential, the competitiveness of your site in organic search results (through natural search, not advertising), and therefore the loyalty of search engines (Yandex, Google) to it - so that all its pages on all thematic queries were more likely to be in the TOP 10, increase its behavioral factor.
The behavioral factor of the resource/the site is expressed by three indicators:
- Rejections are the percentage of those who quickly left the site (stayed on it for less than 15 seconds) after viewing the first page, to the total number of visitors.
- The viewing depth is the average number of pages that the user clicked through to in one session.
- Time on the site is the average time spent by visitors on the pages of the resource.
Due to these three fundamental indicators, a common understanding of search engines (in particular Yandex) is formed about the usefulness of the resource for the audience that visits it for relevant relevant queries.
If all this were summed up under one rule of website promotion, then it would sound like this.
The visitor should be interested in your resource on the stated topic.
- the failure rate should aim at 0 (the optimal value is 5-10%)
- optimal viewing depth and time on it - the higher the better (the number of transitions from one page to another inside the resource should tend to infinity :))
