The most corrupt sphere in the modern world is the tender procurement system, mainly in high-tech industries (where there is no high competition).
In other words, these are areas in which the list of participants (applicants) is very limited due to specific technical specifications (TK) for the purchase of a particular product, for which it is not as easy as it seems to select applicants.
Often, the initiators of such purchases form technical specifications specifically for those from whom they want to purchase the purchase item, so that the "selection card" is as close as possible to 100% in all required conditions (price, quality, technological features, etc.).
One of the key topics in this aspect, as far as I'm concerned, is the vital need to develop an AI agentand integrate it into the algorithm of such a tender system (sites) for the selection of optimal technical and economic proposals, taking into account the available alternatives on planet Earth.
But now it's worth thinking about why some people regard AI as a kind of danger. Probably purely for their own personal interests or out of their own illiteracy (which one does not exclude the other), and not for social and economically justified reasons.
My hands itch to take on such a thing, but the thought slows down that you will invest time and work, and then it will all go down the drain in our unsurpassed ecosystem with its heads embedded in it.
