I noticed one interesting thing and decided to share it.
The older you get, the faster time flies. You start to feel it especially after forty. I think I was thirty a short time ago, and today I'm over forty. The years fly by one after another, and sometimes you don't even realize where they've disappeared to.
And that's what I noticed.
When every day is similar to the previous one - work, home, familiar routes, the same things - time seems to accelerate. Weeks turn into months, months into years.
But it's worth at least a short change of scenery, and something interesting happens. There are new impressions, new emotions, new memories. And then, looking back, it seems that this period of life was longer and more intense.
You don't have to fly to the other side of the world or spend a lot of money. Sometimes it's enough just to get to another city, live in a new place for a few weeks, or even travel more often to places you haven't been before.
We can't stop time. But, perhaps, we can make sure that life does not fly by us in one continuous gray day.
Therefore, from time to time, be sure to arrange such a reboot for yourself. I think this is one of the most useful investments in your own life)
