I decided to share one feature from my project, which I can't tell you about in detail yet.
The essence is as follows.
All people are individuals. Everyone has their own unique abilities and ways of thinking that can benefit people and businesses.
But there is a systemic problem.
In many cases, people simply cannot reach their potential. And it's not about the level of their abilities.
The problem is that the current system does not "see" a person well. If you're not in the right environment or you don't know how to present yourself properly, no one will know about you.
Today, it often happens that people with the same type of thinking and abilities find themselves in completely different fields.
For example, a person capable of designing architectural solutions can work in a taxi. And a person with the potential to solve engineering or technical problems can work in conditions that do not reveal their abilities.
As a result, a significant number of really strong, thinking and creative people remain outside the field of possibilities.
On the other hand, business is constantly experiencing a shortage of such people.
However, existing selection mechanisms are often limited by formal procedures: resumes, short interviews, subjective decisions, as well as informal connections and personal preferences.
And this does not allow us to see the real potential of a person.
Now imagine a different approach.
A platform where a person can reveal their thinking, ideas and approach to solving problems for a long time. Not in a 30-minute interview, but through real manifestations in the process.
It evaluates not how a person "sells himself", but how he really thinks, reasons and makes decisions.
And based on this, businesses or investors can select people for specific tasks.
An AI agent inside the platform plays a key role in this system.
With the development of AI, this is becoming technically feasible.
AI can analyze:
- the structure of thinking
- the logic of reasoning
- behavioral patterns
- the ability to apply knowledge in practice
And form a long-term assessment of a person's potential.
That is, you simply live your daily life and express yourself through ideas, actions, and reasoning, while AI analyzes this digital footprint, forming a model of your thinking and abilities.
Based on this, it can determine where you will be most useful and effective, and select the right people and companies for you to meet your real economic tasks and needs.
In fact, this is a new mechanism for connecting people and tasks.
Where in the first place - not formal signs and not randomness, but the real ability to create value in a specific environment.
It is clear that such a model may be inconvenient for existing systems. Because it reduces the influence of informal factors and shifts the focus to efficiency and real results.
In many ways, it is precisely such distortions that create the inefficiency of talent allocation today.
