I'm working hard on my project now HR specialist on Laravel+Vue based on technical specifications, molded on the fly. The topic is very relevant. The priority is ease of use, nothing superfluous in the interface, the main thing for solving the tasks of the participants - the Employer, the HR agency and the Applicant.
New ideas are born every day, and we have to change and refine something.
Against the background of considerable competition, I am beginning to understand that the introduction of AI on the Employer's side will be a good competitive advantage to solve the important task of analyzing and selecting optimal candidates from the list of submitted applicants from HR and the applicants themselves.
That is, if we keep it simple, the AI agent's task will be as follows: in the card of one of his vacancies, when the Employer clicks the "select the best from the submitted ones" button, the AI model will analyze all resumes (PDF files of candidates) and present the best ones, taking into account the employer's requirements for this vacancy.
